Healeys’ recently installed Kodak Nexpress is one of the highest quality digital printing machines available in the market today.  As well as being able to replicate litho production on a wide range of substrates it is also able to apply specialised finishes inline.

Available now is the unique and very effective ‘dimensional’ printing process.  Using the fifth unit, a special clear toner is applied to the areas where relief is required before fusing.

The result is particularly effective when combined with what would be ‘high points’ on the image, like in the above example where the orange peel has been supplemented.
